If there is a family in your school or congregation that has fallen on hard times and is in need of assistance that you are welcome to call our church office to set up an appointment for them to come and get items that they need. Please be aware that we will require a representative from your organization to accompany them and remain with them while they are in the building, unless we can make arrangements for a representative from our church to be here.

Lastly, while you are welcome to give out our phone number to people who are asking for help, you may want to share with them that we do not have the staff to allow people to randomly come to our facility to get clothing.

We collect clothing that is clean and in good condition, & misc. small items. Once a month anyone with a tight budget is invited to come to the church and select clothing for their family at no-charge.

Storage is limited so it is best to donate your seasonal items during the appropriate season rather than at the end of the season. If you choose to donate un-seasonal items please note that they may be given directly to Wayside Cross Mission in Aurora if we are unable to accommodate the items.

Please also carefully consider your donations, we don’t need nor want items that are worn out and/or stained. Please do not leave items outside as they may be considered trash and may be thrown away by accident.

Specific Needs: Boxes of 30-gallon plastic bags are always appreciated.

We hope that you will respect our wishes to accept donations on Fridays. We do this to help ensure the safety of our Preschool children by accepting the bulk of our donations when there are no Preschool classes in session.
